Anna Marie jointed MKP in 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, specializing in customer experience, operational strategy and cross-functional program leadership. She has led enterprise initiatives focused on Voice of the Customer programs, operational process design and large-scale communications projects that improve the customer experience. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has a strong background in project execution.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends and relaxing with her two dogs, Bella and Mia.
