Communications had to be cost-effective, yet reassure the new customers that Amalgamated was also committed to mission-based banking.
A generic, pre-printed 14” letter presented all the change information, with separate versions for personal and business customers.
An enclosed brochure (two versions) used imagery and messaging to create optimism about the values that would continue to be supported.
