Inform Treasury Management customers how to gain access to Fifth Third’s system; some needed tokens (from 1 to 70 per company); some did not; there was no single packaging solution.

Several letter versions addressed different audiences; all included a 16-page guide to changes, log-in instructions, a technical reference guide and CIT disclosure.

Packaging varied from a 9 x 12” OE (no tokens) to a 9.75 x 12” rigid mailer envelope (less than 6 tokens) to small and large boxes (6+ tokens); all required match mailings to match the outside label to the name/address on the letter inside.
