Terry Cole joined the MKP team in 2022. She is a seasoned financial services marketing professional with a broad range of experience in marketing communications, branding, product management and program development. Prior to joining MKP, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer for a Washington, DC-area regional bank and, most recently, a Virginia-based community bank.

Terry uses her banking knowledge and marketing know-how to serve as an advocate for our clients’ customers, developing customer-focused communications strategies and viewing all content from the lens of the customer. She helps to ensure consistency and clarity across communications within an overall project to support MKP’s high standards of excellence. She is also responsible for managing MKP's Thought Leadership practice.

Terry holds a B.S. in Business from Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts. When she is not working, she enjoys watching sports and movies, visiting local wineries, and cooking (sometimes).
